All orders placed on Queen's Vanity are dispatched within 24 hours. Customers usually receive their products within 3-5 working days, once the products are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for more remote locations.
We will provide you with the tracking number of the parcel as soon as it is dispatched, so you may follow the delivery on the official courier service's website.

RETURNSQueen's Vanity offers a 7 day replacement guarantee* (The time frame within which you can exchange a product only if the product is damaged/different from what has been shown on the website) It takes 7-12 days for the new replacement or the store credit, after we receive the old product.

There are two ways in which we accept returns,
1. Reverse Pick-up: We can get a reverse pickup arranged only if the product is damaged/different from what has been shown on the website (in any other case, reverse pick-up won't be arranged from our end) for which you can hand-over the articles to the courier guy along with the original slips, packaging and unused items packed carefully. Once we receive the products in our warehouse, after scanning and quality check, we will give you a replacement of your choice. In exchange of the article, you can either get a STORE CREDIT generated of the same amount that you've paid for or you can get a REPLACEMENT for the same articles. We do not provide any REFUND in most cases.
2. Self-Ship: In some remote areas/pincodes, the courier companies do not have a reverse pickup service and therefore, you would have to send the articles back to our return address mentioned above. Please pack the articles carefully and make sure the products are unused, along with the original slips and packaging. You must mail us the tracking details so that we have a record of the parcel. In exchange of the article, you can either get a STORE CREDIT generated of the same amount that you've paid for or you can get a REPLACEMENT for the same articles.
You will receive a replacement product within 3-5 days after we receive the parcel.
For ‘On-Sale’ products, Queens Vanity offers an exchange only if the product arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.To claim an exchange for a product, please get in touch with us as soon as you take delivery.
A refund will be issued to the purchaser of the product, provided that products are returned unused, damaged or if any product part is missing and in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all original labels attached, and complete with all parts and accessories using their original packaging. In case the right of return is exercised for all the products included in the same purchase order, all products must be returned to us contemporaneously with the same shipment.
Queen’s Vanity reserves the right to inspect the Products returned and to refuse the return of those Products which do not comply with the requirements specified above.
Queen's Vanity accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as net banking payments. We also offer cash on delivery in most cities in India. If COD is not available at your address, the order will automatically get cancelled by our system within 24-48 hours.
